Error
This is one of the first buckles I made, using the lost wax technique you basically make a sculupture of what your casting into metal. The wax is displaced when you pour the molten metal into the cast and once it has cooled you have a metal object, in my case a brass or silver buckle.
This is a large unapologetic buckle on a wide strong belt. I absolutely love this belt as on of my first and favourites. A heavy buckle with character mounted with leather in the middle. Great for guys who are not worried about standing out by wearing something a little out of the norm. For the ladies this would be a real finishing touch to an outfit thrown over the top of a little evening dress combined, why not with an Alexis Fasoli clutch in hand.

Buckles come in 3 different versions:

For the belts I employ full grain Spanish vegetable tanned leather. I hand cut and dye all the straps personally in my small workshop in the heart of Barcelona, a space open to visitors all year round.
Standard belts are made to a thickness of 2’5 to 3 mm.

- stirling silver
- solid brass with silver plate finish
- solid brass
Leather

The rest, 80%, is related to labour costs, the cost of renting the workshop, tools, their replacements and/or maintenence. Not forgetting 21% vat and other taxes.

All items are assigned with their own unique number code and registered in the book of sales to the person who has purchased it.
I guarantee my work against all premature defects arising from a responsible use of my products and will be happy to repair items that have not performed as expected for free. (I don’t cover shipping though.)
